On July 1, 2006 we will be upgrading our home banking logon procedures.  The new procedures are designed to increase security and help ensure that only you can access your personal information on the website. 
As part of this new procedure you will be asked to set a ‘Secret Word’, add your ‘Email Address’ and set up several  ‘Security Questions’ that you will be able to choose.   These steps also ensure that you are logging in from your own computer.  It is important that you remember the answers to your security questions.

In addition to the systematic precautions that we have taken to ensure information security, your Baycel Federal Credit Union password ensures that you are the only authorized user with access to your account information. Be sure to change your password every six months or so to ensure its integrity. Keep your password in a secured place and don't reveal it to anyone. No one at Baycel Federal Credit Union will ever ask for your password.

Can I transfer from my account to my spouse's account?

You should be able to transfer among all accounts on which you are a joint owner. If an account on which you are a joint owner doesn't show up on the "transfer" screen, please call us and we will correct this.

Is there a fee to use online banking at Baycel Federal Credit Union?

There is no fee to use Baycel Federal Credit Union, unless you want to use the Online Bill Pay function. Then there is a monthly fee of _______ which will be automatically deducted from your share draft account.

What type of browser do I need to access the site?

It is recommended to use the latest version of your current browser, we suggest Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
